Donna was amazing, answered all of our questions, went above and beyond for us. SUPER helpful and friendly! I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be using this house again when we go back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Phyllis's cottage. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated and had enough space for 4 girls to get ready for a wedding. The area around the home was peaceful and serene. Everything matched the photos and check in/out was easy. Beds were comfortable, there were light snacks, food recommendations were made available, and even a little guest map to see where everyone came from! Highly recommend and would definitely choose this space again if in the area.

The house was great , very clean! Loved the back, it fell a little secluded! We had a great time and would come back! Close to everything, went out and had a great dinner, wish we could have stayed longer! God Bless John Earley 🙏 🙌 ❤️

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Great stay and great location! Just outside of the main downtown area and walkable to many great restaurants! And just a short uber ride into the main downtown area.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Brian was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We come to Charlotte every year and would love to stay again here when we come back next. Very convenient location near South End and a cute house. Only negative aspect was how much you can hear the people above you. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place for seeing a show at the Evening Muse with my wife, only about a block away. Right in the heart of NoDa. Several great places to dine and late night activities just a block or two away. Overall Katie's space was very clean, the bed was comfy and the unit was so industrial, maybe a bit? No complaints there! We loved it and only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

Eric was awesome and his condo at the track was even better! Will definitely book again!

We had a great time at this quiet peaceful spot! It was very clean and spacious. A group of us stayed here for a wedding in Mooresville and it was a short uber distance away. Walkable to some nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and kind. Would recommend this spot to stay!
