House vacation rentals in Concord

We had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Charlotte NC. Beautiful home, very responsive owners and provided excellent instructions. Supplies were well stocked. Highly recommend 👍😊

Our family celebrated graduation at Kristen's place and it was perfect! Kristen communicated with excellent instructions, we had ZERO issues. She also checked in to see how everything was and the only thing we asked about were landscape lights around the pool area, which she immediately checked on and made them the college colors for graduation too! The pool was such a highlight to enjoy along with the backyard. The landscaping was so pretty. The house was clean and spacious for us rest and relax. It exceeded our expectations!

Book it!!! Fully stocked with everything you might need. Huge and well thought out for guests. Bonus stationary bike for use! Sherry was super responsive and accommodating. We will book this house again if we are back in the area.

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

This little home is a gem! It’s a perfect getaway secluded in the beautiful NC wilderness. The outdoor area is great to drink coffee and listen to the birds or build a fire at night, the studio had everything we needed and was very cute. The area is decorated to be so whimsical and fun, and when you meet Cate it all makes sense! Cate is the most wonderful host in all ways imaginable. She was more than happy to help us with whatever we needed and was very generous. Cate’s care and intention for her sanctuary shines through her actions and her delicious food. We came to visit family and stay in a secluded air bnb, but we left with an experience, fellowship and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Cate!

Just need bigger bed

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with much needed relaxation. Overall the place was immaculately clean and super comfy/cozy!

We were down there for a golf tournament. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Everything you would need in a house was there all four of us had fun

If you’re in the area you don’t want to skip out on this deal. Cassy’s home is very well kept and maintained. Cold A/C and great water pressure.

Sam & Bri’s home was everything we needed and didn’t know, and nothing we wanted but didn’t really need. The screened in porch overlooking their expansive backyard was easily our favorite spot. The beds were super comfortable and the simplicity of the entire home offered us the ability to relax and enjoy each other’s company, just as intended. I’d recommend their home to anyone and will likely stay there again!

Everything was very nice. Perfect location for race weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The only minor (very minor) issues we had was we could not locate the baking pan to fix biscuits for breakfast as described in the amenities (which we could have overlooked). It may be helpful to others if you add to amenities that you have a keurig as people can bring their coffee of choice. We still give 5 stars across the board because the stay was great! Very neat and clean place to stay. Will definitely remember this place if we decide to come again next year.

The house was clean and in a perfect location for our daughter’s graduation. Check in was easy and the house was just as described.

The place looked like brand new inside and out! Loved the country feel of the neighborhood. The homes were all neat and well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay at Mamaw’s house. Everything was as described. Cute, cozy and roomy. We were there for family gatherings so didn’t really get to use the large kitchen/dining area. Leigh was very responsive to messages! It was perfectly located for us and hope to stay there again.

Very peaceful. Heat didn’t work but not his fault. I blame the technology 🤣 . But he accommodate us for it and we appreciate it. We enjoy our stay

The place was just as described. Perfect for our large family. Felt right at home. Just 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte and all the great things the city has to offer. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bonus room was cute for young kids to enjoy. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place. Location was quiet and not far from Salisbury. My wife and I had fun watching geese and other birds near the pond. We spent our days touring the Salisbury and northern Charlotte area, but had very relaxing evenings here!

We found “Maine state of mind” in Kannapolis a well equipped home close to DT. The owners Hunter & Jordan were extremely accommodating and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed ! We certainly would recommend them as hosts. Thank you . Pamela & Ken Brodhead
