Nothing else to say. Everything was great, only recommend putting a hot plate and a pot for cooking purpose.

Ana was an AMAZING host, the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We ended up staying at her place for 3 months after selling our house and trying to figure out life!!! lol She really made us feel welcomed and was always available to answer questions. She truly went above and beyond, so understanding and patient. Ana’s space was just as described and was exactly what we needed as we made a huge life transition. The area was great, neighbors are friendly and overall we felt very comfortable- space was so cozy and we felt right at home. My kiddos and I will miss this space. So lucky to have crossed paths with Ana, she is the best!🥰 thank you so much for hosting us!💖

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

Perfect place for a family. My kids appreciated the 2 bathrooms and beds. it was ideal having a washer dryer so packing amounts could be less. Jaesen was very responsive and helpful. Notes were placed about to give heads up on needs. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

This home was perfect for our trip. Super clean, spacious, and a peaceful neighborhood. Maria was very friendly and responsive! She made us feel right at home even if it was just for a few days! Would definitely book this place and with her again; and definitely would recommend her to others!

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

Nice little space. If you're not familiar with the area, it is not close to downtown LA or Hollywood. Getting to those areas could take you anywhere from 20 min to an hour and a half based on traffic. Just something to be aware of!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. very cute and comfy home for my husband and 2 kids. attended a music festival all weekend and was walkable the whole time. really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommended!
