Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

The location of the property itself provides a peaceful country style of living full of privacy but without the isolation associated with many such properties. A concreted track allows easy access, and the property is only a 10 minute drive from Frigiliana village! Reservations for young groups are NOT ALLOWED. Parties are strictly prohibited.

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
