Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.

Liz's place is my favorite stay when I visit Charlottesville! It is pleasant, clean, and cozy. And most importantly to me, it is in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive to Grounds.

We had an amazing stay at Eastham Guesthouse! The space was beautiful, clean, exactly as pictured and the rock floor shower was spectacular! The electric fireplace was an added bonus. It was beautiful to sit in front of in the evening! Our hosts were great! They were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous little hideaway with us!!!

A charming and squeaky clean room with little creature comforts. Amy was lovely and very accommodating for our schedule! She gave us plenty of privacy. Her cat was so adorable and friendly as well! 😊 We will definitely be staying with Amy again!

Lovely place, friendly hosts, beautiful dog. I felt right at home and had a great weekend trip for both work and fun. The room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was awesome! The space has a cool vibe. Nearby by car there are nice restaurants and stores and anything you might need. Grateful for the hospitality 🙏
