This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

In addition to the playground across the street we encourage venturing a short walk down the road to Windsor Park where we often enjoyed a daily stroll or seasonally catch a local league baseball game (with concessions!), or enjoy use of the pickleball courts,playgrounds, and bike paths. We do have a 2 dog minimum. TRF is located in Commercial Point, Ohio-just south of Grove City and 15 miles from downtown Columbus.
