We are located 1.9 miles from the 17th century historical village of Culross which is famed for being the main filming location for the hit US show "outlander" along with other movies such as Captain America. To the right of us, approx 400 meters away is the Torry bay, with a lovely little beach viewpoint equipped with a car park, picnic and small adventure park area.

This home is a large sized ground floor apartment which has been substantially renovated to a very high standard. The traditional setting has been upgraded to have open plan kitchen dining room but remains sensitive to the the age of the property. All rooms are of a large size, airy and bright. The back door leads to a sizeable back garden that has private access to the beach. The panoramic views this house has are breath-taking.

Spacious and comfortable cottage is in an ideal location in the heart of Elie, overlooking the harbour and a stone’s throw from the beaches, the Ship Inn, the deli and bakery. Perfect for a short golfing or walking holiday, but spacious enough for a family holiday week.
