Very nice apartment, well located, just a short walk from the train station with lots of small shops nearby. The property is really as shown in the photos. The spa is beautiful as well as the cinema. Great little time spent at Mike's, I would recommend it. The treadmill is really a plus too. The least positive point I found is that there is no direct access to the outside (for smokers you have to leave the accommodation).

Monique and Jean Claude are very pleasant, very flexible regarding arrival and departure. They're taking care of your guests. And finally, if you see beautiful, you will fall in love with it 🐶

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought of as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small area with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Abolutely loved our stay here. so close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. plenty of restaurants close by too.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. The apartment is a solid 10/10! The location is absolutely perfect: super spacious, very comfortable bed, and the hosts are among the nicest people you could ever meet. We did encounter an issue, which was not the owners’ fault but rather due to the cleaning company used. I spent the first few hours removing dust and cleaning out the fridge as well as mold from the washing machine, as I knew we would be using it during our stay & it was not clean. If it weren’t for the cleanliness, this would have been the most perfect apartment in all of Paris.

Probably one of the most well stocked AirBnB in France. She actually had extra toilet paper which is rare here. very close to the palace and tons of restaurants near by.

Can’t speak more highly of Karin and her peaceful apartment. Everything we need was at hand.. both not well for a few days and the peace and quiet, space made life bearable. I thoroughly recommend Karin’s place and she was so easy, quick and amazingly helpful in letting us in a few hours earlier. So appreciated.

Great host and studio! Pierre was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. The studio was well designed and modern, and the location is perfect if you want to be ingrained in the beauty of Montmartre.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

We stayed 5 days and were very comfortable. The only drawback is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. Otherwise, everything is great. It's less than 5 minutes from the subway. The street has many lively restaurants, about 10 minutes away on foot.

I stayed here with my family and we loved the place. It's a nice neighborhood and a great place to stay. Frederique was lovely and gave good recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood and in Paris.

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully decorated and can especially top it off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where there is everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful host who manages to make you feel really welcome. In case of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without making you feel like a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and would be happy to come back!

We stayed in Alexandrine's apartment for the third time. It is ideal for a short getaway with two adults and two children. Disneyland is even within walking distance and the center of Paris can also be reached by public transport. TOP! We will be happy to come back. 😊👍

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. The place is ideal to disconnect and enjoy the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!
