We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

Classic thatched english country cottage in stunning setting in midst of Area of Natural Beauty. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

Colcombe Abbey Farm is a family run working dairy farm located on the edge of Colyton. We have 100 Friesian cows which are milked by robotic milking machine. You are welcome to view the cows being milked . Also, we have baby calves which have to be bottle fed morning and afternoon. There are baby turkeys, a few chickens, guinea fowl, Mr Grumpy the goose, and our 4 lovely horses. We also have 1 springer spaniel and a terrier which are very friendly. EACH CARAVAN IS PRICED INDIVIDUALLY

This large, warm and cosy caravan is in an idyllic spot , a short 10 minute walk from Colyton. A 5 minute drive to Seaton and 15 minute drive to the stunning coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth . Colyton (Devon's most rebellious town) in AONB boasts some lovely places to eat and the tramway is only a short walk away. River Cottage is also a 10 minute drive from Colyton, near Axminster. We live on a working dairy farm, we have wonderful views of the Umbourne Valley.

'The Old Forge' Holiday Cottage near Lyme Regis

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside. For bookings during summer holidays there is a 'one week' minimum stay.
