Monthly Rentals in Columbia Station

The Blue Bungalow was perfect for our needs and Matt was a helpful and responsive host. The location was great and walkable (Giant Eagle was only a 15 minute walk, CVS 5 minutes, and lots of cute bars within walking distance. There's even a pinball arcade about a 10 minute walk away). The inside was surprisingly spacious and there were a lot of amenities including multiple space heaters and air conditioning, coffee machine, blow dryer etc. Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you Matt!

This apartment was perfect for my 3 week stay in the area. The kitchen is small, clean, and completely functional. The living/dining area provides several comfortable options for hanging out. I worked from the dining table and was very comfortable. Internet was stable. Bathroom, again clean and met all needs. In the bedroom I was able to make adjustments for comfort and the rooms were generally quiet. There was a little noise in the morning from cars idling to get warm, but this was easily diffused with ear plugs (note I'm sensitive noise so this may not be a concern for many folks!). For longer stays, the garbage was very easy and I know laundry is available but I did mine at family's while visiting with them, so no notes about laundry. There was always a parking spot. Michelle was totally and completely responsive to any question, she was always friendly and available. And of course the location is perfect with good walks, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within walking!

I have stayed here on past trips and it has always been an amazing experience. I will definitely try and stay here on any future stays in the area.

Lovely little place. I was here for work so I was only there for a brief time but it is a great place in a great location. Beautiful surroundings and PEACEFUL!! I work nights but found this place to be extremely quiet all day as I slept. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back!!
