An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

Deborah was a great host and followed up to any questions or concerns. The cottage was quaint but had just the right amount of amenities. The space was welcoming and the surrounding yard/pond are quite beautiful. Especially during the fall color change. There’s the occasional deer or owl in the yard you can often see over morning coffee.

Stayed in the guest house for the night, and was a peaceful and pleasant stay! Hosts were very friendly and amenable — watching the goats was a nice bonus as well!

Definition of idyllic! We had such a wonderful stay at Kim's house. My husband, 3yo, and 8mo spent a few days "on the farm" (as my 3yo lovingly called it) and could not have felt more relaxed. The charming cottage is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Hudson. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch with our coffee, watching the goats lazily graze along the edge of the pond beautifylly lined with trees. Truly relaxing and felt like we were living in a postcard. Kim was very friendly and responsive and had great local suggestions. Would happily revisit Angus Farm next time we're in Hudson!

Marianne is a kind and generous host. Not sure if she can do it every time, but we had croissants, butter, jam, fresh fruit, and chocolates waiting for us. She also treated us to enough fire wood for our first fire. Rustic, spacious cottage located within 15-20 minutes of Hudson and Tivoli. Visited Olana and Poet's Walk Park. Some great restaurants. My girlfriend said she wanted to go back and stay for 2 weeks (we will see). Overall, I was glad to find this property for a last minute getaway.

We came up for a weekend in the Berkshires and Galina’s place is perfect. It’s very clean and in beautiful surroundings and we had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

Karen and Buzz are exceptional hosts! What truly sets them apart is their outstanding attention to detail and genuine care for their guests - including the four-legged ones! After my journey, I was touched to find they had prepared a wonderful selection of snacks waiting for my arrival - a gesture that immediately made me feel welcomed and at home. This kind of thoughtfulness wasn't a one-time thing; it set the tone for my entire stay. My two pups were welcomed too and enjoyed freely exploring the beautiful property. Everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as described, but it was the little personal touches that made all the difference. I left feeling not just refreshed, but genuinely appreciated as a guest, and my pups seemed just as reluctant to leave! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a host who goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for both humans and pets, look no further. Five stars doesn't seem enough to capture how special this stay was!

This was our 2nd stay at Christian's place. Every was great once again. Peaceful, beautiful with lots of things to do in the area. Thanks Christian, we will be back again!

What an experience! Thank you to Graham and Alex for making us feel right at home and super comfortable. The studio is beautiful and it’s just below where you stay. There’s a kitchenette with all you need to cook as well as a fridge and freezer. The propane fireplace was a really nice touch to make the place feel extra cozy. Working with Graham at the studio was the cherry on top. Super friendly, accommodating and a very skilled producer. Sometimes when working with someone, you’re unsure of whether they can provide highly technical skills. Graham worked quickly and efficiently. And it was amazing to hear the track that I was hearing in my head out loud! Thank you Graham and Alex. I hope to be back again :)

This was the perfect place for our 4 sister annual reunion. The surroundings are peaceful and gorgeous, rural and private. The interior was remodeled with every perfect touch, comfortable furniture for 4 to sit and gab, 2 separate sleeping and bathroom options. Slippers were provided and the frig was stocked with some refeshments and ice! Although it was not warm enough to swim in the lovely pool, we did enjoy sitting on the back deck and listening to the sounds of birds in the nearby field. Will and Garrick were attentive and available while being supportive of our privavcy. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return!

Loved this place - great location and felt like such a good value for the amount of space you get. There is a steep stair separating the public space from the bedrooms, be warned. Also, not a lot provided in terms of snacks/etc but you are walkable to everything so do not need too much in house.

My fiancé and I stayed at Ry’s place looking for a quiet weekend upstate. The home was gorgeous and very well detailed, it looked even better than the photos. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive and offered great recommendations. The space felt private and offered incredible views and tons of natural light. One of the coziest and best designed Airbnb’s we’ve visited in years. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy's place. The house was clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. Our kids loved running around the grounds and exploring the nearby stream. Very easy access into Chatham and the surrounding town. Lucy and her husband Sean (and their dog Timber) were super friendly and hospitable. We'd definitely stay there again!

Yasmin was an amazing host. She was very communicative and helpful. She even brought us fresh muffins which were delicious. Her cottage was well appointed and perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Robin's place was warm and comforting with a great kitchen, an easy walk into town, and lovely outdoor areas. Robin was very accommodating, kind, and welcoming. We would be very happy to come back again!

This was our third stay at Frank's beautiful guesthouse. We arrived quite late at night this time. Frank left indoor and outdoor lights on for us, and had set the air at the perfect temperature for an unseasonably cool May night. The guesthouse is just as pictured and described. We settled in and had a lovely night's sleep in the comfy bed. The guesthouse and it's surroundings are simply heavenly. One can enjoy a leisurely day sitting on the patio with a book or gazing out at the rolling hills beyond the garden, or go explore the Hudson Valley with its many lovely towns and villages and sights within a short drive. Frank is always welcoming and most helpful. We know we will be assured a relaxing and enjoyable escape from city life when we stay at his guesthouse.

Lovely aesthetics, close to many GB treasures. Wonderful kitchen space, with stocked pantry. Would recommend!

We (me + two other adults) had an amazing stay at Justine and Scott's. The cottage is very charming and spacious with a full kitchen for cooking. The kitchen and living room area overlook a beautiful flower garden and pond. The dahlias in every room were a lovely touch. The beds were comfy and cozy. The location can't be beat - under 20 minutes to Hudson NY and ~30 minutes to a few Berkshires towns. I would gladly return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. It was cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean and nicely decorated. There were nice touches such as plenty of coffee pods, milk for coffee and nice cold bottled water in the refrigerator. Helger was very responsive to my questions prior to arriving and even made the Cottage available for an early check-in. This was our first stay at an Airbnb and we will definitely stay at Helger’s Cottage again.
