Went here to go to ichetucknee springs for the weekend. It was close to the entrance and was spacious for the 6 of us. We enjoyed staying here! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house is in a great location with lots of things to do in the area including parks and good restaurants. Chris keeps his place very clean and everything about the house was as described in the listing. We had our own boats and it was so easy to get down to the river and paddle on the Suwannee without having to drive to a canoe launch. I hope to come back again.

This was our second stay ! We loved it so much the first time and had to come back for more. Our kids love the vibe of the house and the hosts are so so so accommodating and sweet. Thank you again for having us ! Until next year :)

We had a wonderful time here! From the grill to the pool, we had a blast. The location is ideal and the property is exactly as described, if not better! The pictures don’t do any justice, this property is spacious and has everything you could need! Thank you for a great stay!

The place looked just like the photos – super accurate! The pool was awesome and perfect for the family time we spent there. Colling, the host, was really kind, helpful, and understanding. He was always attentive and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We had such a great time and honestly, I totally recommend this place. Would 100% come back!

We felt at home this past weekend with the ease of check-in and all of the amenities needed in the house! We loved the board games & having a TV in the living room and bedroom was great :)

Colleen was very attentive and accommodating! Also very kind and considerate, especially being she has other demanding responsibilities! I got to meet her puppy Brutis and he is very well trained and she was so helpful at alternating potty breaks and letting my special needs dog plenty of outside time alone 🥰

Fantastic stay! Beautiful property, very quiet and peaceful, felt like we were living in the treetops…and that dock was worth the price all on its own! Loved sitting there for hours watching the river flow by!

Perfect all around. We normally stay in Gainesville because we have family in Fort White, but this offered a happy medium and was a lot less expensive. Everything went very well. It was really nice to be able to walk around the downtown area.

Alicia’s home was just as described. Extremely well maintained and gives you a very at home feeling. If you’re looking for a home that’s private and remote with beautiful surroundings, I’d highly recommend this home. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful hosts and an incredibly charming cottage. You feel right at home the second you arrive. Sharon gives you your space if you’d rather simply enjoy the solitude and peace you’ll find at the cottage but is also extremely responsive and so friendly to be around. Sharon and CH are standout hosts. They’re more like friends to me now, and we still keep in touch. They were kind enough to extend my stay at a moment’s notice, and Sharon even would let my dogs out during the day while I was at work. In short…the cottage is absolutely perfect, and the hosts are one of a kind. They will go the extra mile for you. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at Sharon and CH’s cottage.

Prefect home base for kayaking and snorkeling. Easy walk to downtown with great coffee shop, restaurants and a craft brewery. Brianna's place is spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, plus thoughtful details.
