Monthly Rentals in Colp

Well-kept accessory dwelling unit, with interesting decor. We enjoyed using the record player! The location is (not surprisingly) rural, but an easy drive to nearby towns. The bed is memory foam. The kitchen served our basic cooking needs. We enjoyed visiting the natural areas of the Shawnee National Forest while we were here, and appreciated the hideaway as our base.

We were in the area to take care of some family business for a week. Jeff was very accommodating and considerate with our needs. He even supplied fresh eggs from his farm. The house was cozy and clean with beautiful views of Southern Illinois farm land. Very peaceful and quiet, which what we needed during a stressful time. I cannot thank Jeff enough for his hospitality.

Great place, recommend and would stay again

Another great stay as always. I call this place my condo because I rent it often. Highly recommend for a peaceful, quiet and clean comfortable stay.
