Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Our 6-day stay was fantastic! The spacious, spotless apartment felt like a true home immaculately clean. The prime location (right by Marino Mall & Beach) offered unbeatable convenience for shopping, dining, and beach vibes. The host was exceptionally responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and local tips added so much value! This was the BEST place we stayed at for the entire trip in Sri Lanka, even though other locations were pretty good too. What made it different is the level of attention everything was given. it did not feel like renting out bnb, it is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. every single thing is well thought out, and nothing lacks. it is simply a piece of heaven and most beautiful. highly recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer. The host family went out of their way to help us around too. They even let us check out later because the flights were in the evening and rode us to the airport. my friend's review was that: - Well furnished apartment, great and considerate host family who make you feel at home - small details are attended to - Value for money and a joy to live in ...to say the least! thank you so much Anuka, Nilan and Janani for giving us a home away from home. Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Pushpa's apartment is very cozy and lives up to its description. It's set in a beautiful garden and has a stunning rooftop terrace from which you can admire the storm clouds. From the apartment's balcony, you can observe the local birdlife, very charming. The location is perfect, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Clear and easy instructions. Highly recommended!

We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

Sono stata a Colombo per lavoro e mi sono trovata benissimo nell'appartamento di Romesh. L'appartamento è carino, pulito e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno lungo o breve. Nel palazzo ci sono piscina, palestra e supermercato e si trova in un'ottima posizione a Colombo. Romesh è stato un host fantastico, sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui!

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

Квартира просторная, чистая, есть белье, посуда, стиральная машина. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

Convenient location . Cargills was a short walk down udawatte road. Secured property. Saw wild life. Monkeys birds and even a peacock! The fab , perera and sons , chemist and clothing shops etc are only down the road. Perfect location. Host was proactive when there was a power outage notifying us well in advance about it and kept us updated about the pool renovations and attended promptly to other issues and needs.

A great place to stay. Lot of stores sightseeing’s around. Nice pool, spectacular view. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment, right next to Mt Lavinia Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook own meals. The building had very good security services. But the best thing about this apartment is the ability to enjoy the sea breeze from the bedrooms. Thank you for hosting us Seevali.
