Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

This is the most beautiful place with incredible surroundings. So very peaceful and every detail has been thoughtfully planned. You could easily spend a week relaxing and exploring the area. The mountains and river below are amazing and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The owner brought us a basket of fresh fruits and tomatoes to enjoy- so very kind and special. We hope to come back here soon!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist neu, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Aussicht sowie die ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre in der Umgebung – ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu geniessen. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele nützliche Tipps zur Region erhalten, etwa zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das hat uns geholfen, den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich und unkompliziert zu gestalten. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die eine ruhige Lage mit guter Aussicht und hilfreichen Gastgebern schätzen.

Het uitzicht is adembenemend en maakt je verblijf meer dan waard. Alberto is een topgastheer en z’n kookkunsten zijn een bonus! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Perfect voor wie wil ontspannen midden in de rust van Le Marche. Alberto, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd!

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Het huis is volledig in authentieke oude Marchigiaanse stijl ingericht, met oog voor detail en sfeer. Je voelt meteen de charme van de regio zodra je binnenkomt. Alles is aanwezig – van een goed uitgeruste keuken (met alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken) tot kleine extra’s die het verblijf net dat beetje aangenamer maken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met comfortabele bedden en het hele huis was erg schoon. De tuin is prachtig: rustig, groen en je hebt een adembenemend uitzicht. En als kers op de taart: een hartstikke vriendelijke eigenaar die ons warm ontving. Een absolute aanrader!

Luogo magico, incorniciato nella bucolica natura Umbra che riserva silenzio e pace per chi ha la fortuna di visitarlo. Una struttura dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Un'esperienza resa unica non solo dal luogo che è unico di nome e di fatto ma anche dall'accoglienza e disponibilità di chi ci lavora. Apprezzatissimo il cesto/colazione!!!!

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.
