We were looking for a retreat for Memorial Day that would keep our toddler busy but offer a peaceful setting, free of crowns for our newborn and Erica’s place fit the bill exactly! The property looked even better in real life than in the photos. The place was stocked with amenities. Every time we said “I forgot XYZ” it was available in the house including: bug spray, firewood, marshmallow sticks, coffee thermos, wine, and more! I’ve never stayed at a place that had so much available. The spring water provided in the dispenser was very helpful, especially with little ones. Our toddler enjoyed looking for salamanders and frogs, splashing in the creek, roasting marshmallows, and bird watching. Cracking the bedroom windows provided the perfect white noise from the creek. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy coffee while soaking in all the nature. We also enjoyed the Amish trail, Ellicottville Brewing, and pastries from Early Bird Ranch. A perfect family staycation!

The cabin was better than expected! Many modern updates, beds were comfy, plenty of space and the basement area was a nice addition to spread out. The ping pong table was great for a little competitive activity. We had some good snow when we went and the backyard was a spectacular view.

I found this place exactly when I needed it! It was the most perfect weekend getaway for me! I can’t wait to come back! Truly can’t say enough good things it was a beautiful weekend. Coleen and Joe were so helpful and accommodating. They made me a fire on the final night so I could sit outside and look at the stars!!

I stayed here for a wedding that was close by and Justine's place was perfect! It had everything I needed. She took time and effort to include extra benefits like snacks in the kitchen and good soaps in the bathroom. This place is above her salon so I would recommend to stay here if you know you will not be extremely loud. Parking was easy and Justine included a garage door opener. I highly recommend this place!

My family enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place! The listing well informs that there is a operating train track right next door - we weren't bothered by the noise and the kids enjoyed watching the multiple trains go by! Jeremy thoughtfully provided a fan in each bedroom (which helps with the train noise btw!) and he had the house nicely situated and very clean. The house is near the road but there wasn't much traffic and we felt like we had enough privacy. The yard is very nice; Jeremy definitely keeps it kept up. Angola was a nice, small town. We visited a local restaurant and the beach on lake Erie. It was beautiful!

Great place to relax and have a little getaway. Me and my wife stayed here and we are from far away and had a great time. Lynn provided everything you need for a “roughing it” type of camping out on their land. No need for firewood, s’mores things, kettles, anything, Lynn provided for us. Great fishing as well in their pond, caught a 4 lb bass. 10/10.
