Everything you need is present in the big house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

We had a lovely stay. There was everything we could possibly need in the house. It was a very interesting house with decor that had lots to see and discuss.

What a wonderful week I had in this nice and picturesque cottage, not far from the beach. It was small, but enough space for 1 person. The bed was nice and large and there was a good mattress. I admire the ingenuity of the host to make the small bathroom and the small kitchen handy spaces where everything is what you need. In short: a place to come back to again.

We had a great week at this place. The whole thing matched the photos, whether it was the interior or the relaxing sea view. The bedding is quality and the accommodation is worth the asking price. The host was discreet throughout the stay (unless we needed her by message), we just met her for the key exchange before we left. She is kind and smiling. We highly recommend this accommodation or we'll come back if we have the opportunity to spend time in Normandy.

The accommodation is cozy and very comfortable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the outside is a real plus. We enjoyed the little attention that Fanny and Julien had upon arrival. We would highly recommend it.

Weather was hot when we were there but the property was thankfully cool. Also always shade somewhere to sit out. It was well equipped. As mentioned previously floor upstairs is quite creaky but that didn’t bother us. We ventured out a couple of times on the bikes to explore the nearby coast which was very good. Specially liked the coffee machine and the various pods including decaffeinated. We were disappointed that the village bakery had closed. However, there is an Intermarche just a little further that has a good bread and bakery section. We really enjoyed a quiet few days at Le Petit Pelloquin.

A very good experience in this small apartment for our 6-month-old puppy's first beach vacation. The terrace is a real plus, the horses right next door are super nice and we are 50 m from the beach, really perfect. I recommend it and we'll be back!

My husband and I just spent two delicious weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really keen to make their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen indoor and outdoor books and games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) and which goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a seaport and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a great discovery and we hope to come back!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely weekend at Frédéric's, the accommodation is perfect for a short stay by the sea. The immediate proximity to the beach and the outdoor terrace are real pluses for this accommodation, Everything was impeccable, we only used the queen bed and the mattresses were very comfortable. Frédéric is a very accommodating and friendly host, we will return to his home on occasion.

I was in Caen for a conference so I didn't enjoy the accommodation or the beautiful little garden much, but everything worked perfectly. Guillaume, who I met, is a great host!

Very well arranged and very cozy apartment. The bedding is very good. Everything necessary is present and you can start the stay with a minimum (coffee, oil, paper towels, etc.). A very clear file with all the necessary information is present. Aurélie is responsive and concerned about the well-being of her tenants. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

We had an exceptional stay, the apartment was impeccable, the residence was secure and a short walk to the beach and restaurants; Olivier was very attentive and recommended activities in Villers that we really enjoyed. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. In front of the apartment, it was easy to park (late May/early June, before the D Day anniversary). Beach & good restaurants within walking distance, apartment was as described and despite renovations in the house very quiet.
