House vacation rentals in Colleton County

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. The decor gave a true "beachy" feel without being overbearing. Where appropriate, everything was labeled. We were a party of 10 and the layout of the house was more than adequate to meet our needs. When we had a question, Carmen was quick to reply and answer our questions.

It was exactly what we needed for our stay, family wedding walking distance from the place, a great pool and dog friendly! David was a great host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely enjoyed a second year here at The Jungle house! Beautiful as always and so close to all the shops and restaurants on jungle road. The pool was amazing and so refreshing and very clean! Someone was there to clean the pool most mornings very early which was also such a plus. I will definitely be returning next year and hopefully many years to come

My son graduated Marine boot camp and Creekhouse was exactly what we needed for our time there. The house and property were exactly as described. Everyone in our party had plenty of room and privacy. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious yet had an at-home feel. We all enjoyed the pool and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The landscaping was beautiful! I enjoyed walking around the property looking at the plants and flowers and listening to the birds. Ginger and Rob were quick to respond to messages, friendly, and helped to make our stay stress-free. I have already recommended Creekhouse to others and I would love to go back when we have more time to enjoy the property. Highly recommend!

Nice house, very clean with comfortable beds and great views of the beach! Very short walk past a couple of houses and then across the road to the beach. The large open kitchen was the most well-stocked we’ve ever experienced! There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Lots of space and tons of games, dvds, books, and puzzles. Definitely kid friendly. There was a beach wagon, kids water table, and 8-10 beach chairs. This house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julie's cottage was peaceful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there. (Adults & teens) We had everything available to prepare our meals including a grill. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of app options on the TV, and puzzles and games for when it rains. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting in the future.

This place was as described! We did have an issue with the water heater but Mike responded and assisted immediately. This home is huge and private. Beautiful property!

Staying in this location reminded me of staying at a family member's home. Everything you could need was available from extra pillows to a fire pit. This is off the beaten path, but close to most things on the island. There is not a lot to eat on the island. This dwelling offered a god size kitchen with plenty of cookware and a grill. I took full advantage. The bed was mighty comfy. I recommend it to anyone who likes to buy local foods and cook for yourself, sit outside at night, and loves seclusion.

Thank you for sharing your unique little slice of the Low Country with us at the “Riverhouse Retreat on the Edisto. This well equipped property has everything you could want, including a wonderful river view, to make for an enjoyable stay. We found, nearby, the Cottageville Good Eats to be a great local restaurant with sandwiches, pizza and a fun Karaoke night. We were left a delicious Quiche, Applesauce Spice Bread and the special treat for our dog. Also, fresh eggs which made for a great breakfast. The hospitality and communication from our host found at “Riverhouse Retreat” will spoil you as it is far above what you will find at most other AirBnB’s.

We were blessed by our stay with Leslie! The view of the marsh was GORGEOUS!! In the midst of a cozy neighborhood with a low country feel and privacy of a personal cottage! We loved the calming and minimalistic beautiful decor that made for a relaxing and peaceful stay! Everything was perfect from the well stocked kitchen to the contemporary fixtures and luxurious shower in the bath! From the comfy bed to the cozy living space we felt right at home! The proximity of the cottage to lots of points of interest and activities made it a great place to spend our holiday ! Thanks to Leslie for her attentive and well thought out hosting, we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful spring break enjoying their beautiful house. Sitting on the deck enjoying the river and wild life, especially the birds ❤️ the house had everything you could possibly need plus lots of activities for the children. I highly recommend their house.

We had a wonderful stay at Marrakech on the marsh. The house was beautiful furnished and in a very serene location, we could not have wished for more. It was definitely one of our favourite Airbnb stays and would love to return one day. Thank you very much Ellie for helping us with our questions.

Spent three days at the Tidal House with my kids and Grandkids. We all loved the laid back feel of the back yard and enjoyed watching the birds and fiddler crabs. Trip was problem free.

Wonderful stay while in town for a wedding. Enjoyed all the extras the home comes with: kayaking with the kids during high tide and the pass to the beaches at Huntington State Park. Also, the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools we needed plus a cabinet of spices which was appreciated. Great access to downtown and walkable to Starbucks for morning coffee.

Wonderful place to stay! It was our first experience using Airbnb and we weren't disappointed. The location was peaceful, quiet, and private. The house was clean and well-stocked, and our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We hope to stay there again!

The stay was great, the house was nice and clean and comforting. Very quiet neighborhood and close to PI for bootcamp graduates. Food and things to do within 5-10 minutes of the stay. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place to stay the town of Summerville is amazing and people are extremely friendly. Dana and Craig’s place was easily accessible, but what I liked the most was the peace and quiet.. The interior was very clean very well decorated. Adorable cottage it is! Thank you!

Great location! Off the beaten path from the action, but just a short drive away with little traffic. The boat launch is super close and we are looking forward to coming back for a fishing trip! Everything was very clean and her detailed communications prior to checking in, made it so that we never had to make contact during the stay.
