Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in College Township

Comfortable and clean studio apartment in a converted school (I think). Good access by car with dedicated parking lot in downtown. Walkable to several restaurants and museums. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Harrisburg

This location has access to a few mountain hiking trails 30 seconds outside your door. Very private, no one else on the trails. Some of them run along a driver and leads to a waterfall. Shower has mobile head which is a plus; bathtub comes with stopper. Kitchen well stocked. AC works very well -- comes on immediately and cools or heats quickly.

Such a wonderful stay! We gifted this to my parents so they could have a getaway, and they couldn’t stop raving about it. The beautiful historic building, the clean renovated room, the high ceilings, beautiful shower, and on-site restaurant made their stay so relaxing and hassle-free. They already talked about staying there again! Highly recommend.

The Airbnb is in a great location with lots to do/see/eat in walking distance. The place was clean and comforatable and I very much enjoyed my stay. My only compliant about the place is that I could hear too much noise from outside the apartment at late hours. This isn't the fault of the apartment, but perhaps something to consider before staying here if you're a light sleeper.

The Lumber Room was magnificent! It surpassed our expectations. My husband and I came to Williamsport to see a show at a nearby venue and The Grand Hotel was itself a wonderful attraction. We love the history and charm of the building and the room itself was luxurious. The staff was so kind about everything and even let us look at another room to see the different theme as each room has a special theme. We will definitely be back and plan to stay more than one day!

My son and I came to Hershey for the holiday weekend, mainly to visit Hersheypark, so we were looking for a safe, super clean place near restaurants - just somewhere to rest after a long day. Tonya’s place exceeded all expectations. It looked exactly like the photos, but felt even more spacious in person thanks to the high ceilings and big windows. The space was absolutely pristine. While we originally planned to just crash after the park, we ended up ordering amazing Italian takeout from a nearby spot and got cozy watching movies on the couch. It felt like home. The unit was quiet (we didn’t hear a single neighbor!), and the dedicated parking space right outside made everything easy. When we arrived, I had a little trouble finding the unit and called Tonya - she picked up right away, was warm and helpful, and even told us about a local art fair happening nearby. She checked in again later to make sure we were all settled. All in all, a fantastic and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying here amidst the typically quiet downtown of Harrisburg. The studio is spacious and well-kept, with a great view of a historical church at the foreground of downtown buildings. The nearby riverside park also made for a nice walking area. If I ever plan on staying in Harrisburg in the future I will definitely consider this studio again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for an entire month, and I'm so glad I did - I really enjoyed my stay! It has lots of space, it's beautifully decorated, and it had everything I needed. I really couldn't have asked for more. I took full advantage of the condo amenities, including the gym, the pool, the spa, and the sauna, and it was all included! It's so amazingly peaceful there, and my dogs loved it too. I'll miss walking my dogs around the beautiful property with the occasional detour to explore the woods. Jacinda was so kind and helped me work through an Airbnb booking issue. She even stayed late at work just to ensure I got into the property! She really went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. This is a great place to stay!

Wonderful condo that perfectly met our needs! Description was accurate and they had way more extras than anticipated (coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, etc.). Truly appreciate the great accommodations and very specific information about the location. Others in our group stayed in the same condos and it took us forever to find it with them!

Bill & Julie are exceptional hosts. They provided easy to follow directions and are quick to respond. The condo has everything you need. The location is beautiful. We had to extend or stay twice due to unforeseen circumstances and Bill & Julie made the process stress free!

I love how it makes me feel like home. Great work area and the kitchen is my favorite place. Also really convenient if you have dogs cause there is some great area to go in a long walk with your pets

Let me first off by saying this was the best stay by far on Air BNB. The place was awesome and dealing with Joe and Ted was awesome. We only had one issue during our 9 month stay and he fixed it immediately. If I or a fellow coworker is in town this will be the first place I reach out to. Once again thanks Joe and Ted look forward to seeing you guys again.

Awesome place, great stay right on the mountain, if doing Rock Da Knob, 40 walking steps from the start. Totally stay again, had what we needed.

Beautiful place with amazing hosts! Julie and Bill were wonderful with communication and had clear instructions for accessing amenities around the complex. They were flexible with check in and check out. The place is in a private area so it’s quiet but is close to surrounding businesses and dining as well as having a restaurant on the resort property. We had a lovely stay here as a family of 5. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

The wooded mountain setting is just relaxing and the stress of the world’s problems melted away during the drive up the mountain. I would strongly recommend checking in during daylight, especially if there is fog (or snow in winter). This is a ski resort and the roads are mountain ski resort roads and visibility can be sketchy in weather. Never had time to use the resort amenities but they were very close and looked very nice. On one of my puppy walks I saw a common area with a fire pit pre-stocked with wood. Wish I had time to use it. Booking was smooth and hosts were very responsive even after hours. E-locks made check in easy. Nice K-cup coffee selection was a life saver. Bathroom was good sized and spotless. Wife is a clean freak and didn’t utter a peep! A primary concern of my wife and I is sleep comfort. The mattress was more COMFORTABLE than the one at home - not the cheap mats you find at some airbnbs. Heaters looked new and took the chill off the rainy nights perfectly.

This was truly an incredible place away from home and I feel so lucky to have found it. Every amenity was available, from coffee, teas; to toiletries, hairdryers, curling irons; to kitchen appliances and bbq’ing and pool amenities; to board games, etc. as well. The entire stay went as smooth as possible from start to finish and the host was accessible and responsive within minutes of reaching out and was beyond accommodating and gracious. This property is beautiful and well cared for, but the outdoor space was simply unmatched. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower was the most precious way to spend a day relaxing or unwinding after hectic days. Incredible is an understatement. This place is close enough to shopping but far away enough you feel a million miles away (in a good way). The sound of the pool water and birds chirping with a cup of coffee in the morning will be etched in my memory ❤️ You will not regret staying here, guaranteed. Thank you Chris and family ❤️

Beautiful setting even in the winter. Well stocked kitchen. The mudroom was very helpful. Ample TVs and places to relax- internet was great. Great communication with host, very responsive to any needs or questions.

Adorable home, right what we were looking for. Great for the family event we were in town for. Would definitely stay again!

House was a great find with kids. Very walkable to the school and restaurants/shops. look forward to staying there again next year.
