Our cozy home is located on near Flushing Northern Boulevard. And this large single room located on the second floor. There are Q12 and Q13 buses at the corner . It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station (LIRR station), 25 minutes to take the train to Manhattan, and 3 minutes to walk to the main block of North Boulevard. There are local delicacies, supermarkets, banks, laundry, shops, and convenient for everything within minutes.

Carolyn was a fantastic host. She provided me with lots of help and information on how to use the public transport and where the stops were. Her knowledge definitely made my life easier for getting around. She also made recommendations on where to visit when walking around the local area. There are two bus stops within a five minute walk, one of which has an amazing deli opposite. The busses available offer ideal routes either to the heart of the city, or further afield. The neighbourhood is peaceful with good shops in the nearby village. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay for my first experience of NY and couldn’t have wished for a better host.

The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and located conveniently close to Manhattan, making it a perfect base for exploring New York. The instructions were easy to follow, and the layout of the apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate several guests in separate rooms, made our stay very comfortable. A very clean and Great place with sufficient amenities. Bathroom, bedroom and shared area were all very clean. Host requests to wear slippers for a guarantee of cleanliness in the whole house. Best thing is that the place is very very close (walking distance) to subway train 7 which goes straight to manhattan in one trip Will definitely book again for next visit!
