Lake Views and lake access with sitting area and kayaks across the street. Walk to general store, local restaurants, Burlington Bike Path. Boat slip available for additional fee.

Bring your bike or snowshoes as we’re super close to the Burlington Bike Path & Island Line Trail. Just a 10 min. drive to downtown Burlington and all that Vermont has to offer is a quick drive away. Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

Cady’s Falls Cabin

Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Malletts Bay Flat

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Vermont Lakeside Cottage

Make some lakeside memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage.The Lakeside Cottage (house) is located right on Malletts Bay (Lake Champlain) in Colchester, Vermont. The amazing views can be seen from every room in the cottage. There is a beautiful deck complete with patio furniture and outdoor dining area. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom and a 1.5 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests.

Heart of Malletts Bay home

Located in the heart of Malletts bay. Just minutes to downtown Burlington. The bike path is around the corner and can head towards Burlington or to the Colchester Causeway. On a sunny day head to one of two public beaches just a short drive with plenty of parking Thayers beach or Bayside beach. Looking for outdoor activities with friends and family head to Airport park with pickleball field, tennis, basketball, baseball, and playground for the littles.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on.
