Washer/dryer in unit and large walk-in shower. L-shaped sectional with smart 65” TV (no cable). Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses. This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. Our unique bow roof home offers breathtaking views of Camel’s Hump and the majestic Green Mountains, the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. We are 25 mins to Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Burlington (Lake Champlain beaches) and 10 mins to Sleepy Hollow Ski and Bike Center, Camel's Hump Nordic Ski Area, Frost Brewery and Stone Corral. 220 sq. foot charming Tiny Home under tall pines with a covered porch. Great space for solo travelers and couples that like to be cozy! The rustic interior has a full kitchen, copper shower, and compost toilet. The loft bedroom is serene with 5 windows and blackout curtains (in case you want to sleep in!). Just 12 minutes to Burlington. 4 minutes to downtown Shelburne and Shelburne Museum.
