Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Small refuge in the Alps, Gran Paradiso

Our small mountain cabin is located in the Aosta Valley, in the Alps, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the first protected natural area in Italy. In a perfectly renovated 19th-century house, you can find all the comforts for a true mountain experience. The house is in a very pretty hamlet of 14 houses, at 1560 m above sea level, next to the woods and directly on a path for walks and snowshoeing. The cross-country skiing trail is 50 meters from the house

Lo Granì de Devine

ACCOMMODATION FOR TOURIST USE - VDA - Valsavarenche 0003 Mountain house, on two floors, newly renovated, located in the center of Rovenaud (1460 m), a characteristic village of Valsavarenche, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The Granì de Devine is an old building from 1884, surrounded by typical rascards (traditional wooden chalets). Cars do not pass through the village (public parking 100 m away). In this place you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet.

Open space bi-zone consisting of a large and well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, combined microwave/grill oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer to invite up to 6 people to lunch. In the living area, in addition to the double bed, you will also find a hospitable emergency sofa/double bed. Bathroom with shower plus two balconies facing two suns.

Simple but pleasant and bright studio, perfect for someone who wants to spend a quiet vacation. The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor of a typical mountain house, it has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large balcony. Located on the heights of the old village, quiet, it is a few steps from the center (5min. by the pedestrian shortcut), from the start of the trails and the slopes (cross-country and alpine skiing).

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Appartamento – Maison Forré

The house is located in a quiet corner at the beginning of the hamlet of Crétaz a short walk from Veulla (center of Cogne), perfect for a quiet holiday in nature. The apartment, recently renovated in “mountain” style, is located on the second floor (last habitable), with a magnificent view of the meadows of Sant'Orso, the village of Veulla and the mountains Punta Pousset and Punta de l'Ouille. Free municipal parking 200 m away.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!
