Le Cerf Volant Gîte

At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. The cottage is equipped with a Nordic bath for an extra fee.

Gite des Renards

My cottage is new, with a mezzanine height 1m60 maximum with a double bed, it is ideal for two people, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and a fridge and washing machine. Our home also has air conditioning. You will also have a living room with TV. Outside, a garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal under a pergola.

If the Z3 is already booked, feel free to try the Z1 😊 Come and let yourself be lulled by the light and sounds of nature in the hanging net and the terrace in the middle of the trees. The Z3 is a small haven of peace and rest, perfect for 2 people. Beware of the steep path to access it 😊 We have implemented firm bookings in view of cancellations without reasons, but we remain open to discussion in case of any problems ;)

-Independent floor in a typical house at an altitude of 650 m in a very small village. - The accommodation is on one level but access is via a staircase. - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed separated by a living/dining room/auxiliary kitchen, bathroom. Please note, one of the 2 bedrooms is a through room (to go to the toilet at night...). - Large, half-covered ground-floor terrace. - Quiet!

Luvigny is a village of 100 inhabitants near the Donon. On the first floor, a comfortable bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet), kitchen, living room and small bedroom. In the converted attic toilet and sink as well as large living room. In the basement, there is a fridge without an icebox. Steep stairs to the attic!
