Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement rénové avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Il était très bien équipé. La vue sur le château de Fenis est extraordinaire. De là nous avons pu rayonner dans les environs et visiter des lieux magnifiques comme le parc du Gran Paradiso, la Forteresse de Bard et Aoste. À recommander absolument!

Wir waren über 2Wochen mit unseren 2 Hunden in Pradiran und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die wunderschöne Lage mit toller Aussicht die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir waren auch sehr glücklich über die sehr sympathische Nachbarin, eine Tierärztin mit 2 sehr lieben Hunden und vielen Katzen. Sie hat uns mit jeglichen Infos und sehr guten Tipps versorgt.Jolly ein sehr großer,total entspannter äußerst lieber Hund aus der Nachbarschaft hat uns regelmäßig besucht und sich toll mit unseren Hunden verstanden. Die Harmonie zwischen allen Hunden und den entspannten Katzen war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Auch die Herzlichkeit der beiden anderen Nachbarn mit Hund,Katzen und Ziegen war ebenso einzigartig. Es gibt Wander und Spazierwege direkt vom Haus weg. Die Infrastruktur in den Orten St.Vincent und Chatillon ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück in das wunderschöne Aostatal !

We had an amazing stay at Viviana’s for 2 and an half months over the winter. What a peaceful sanctuary in the mountains. It is in a tiny resort village and during our stay we only occasionally saw others. Occasionally there were guests in the other attached apartments and they were always pleasant. Our dog loved being able to play in the nearby woods and fields, and Viviana recommended a nearby (20 minute walk) restaurant that became a weekly tradition for us. There are beautiful views of Aosta Valley. We used the apartment as a home while we skied for the season at the nearby Monte Rosa ski resort, which was 30 minutes away by car. There are no groceries or store nearby but St Vincent is 30 minutes down the hill and has many shops, including an all day grocery store (Conad) that we frequented. Finally, there was good Wifi. My wife and I both worked and did not run into any issues.
