Quiet and private perch above the city, but only 2 minutes to Main St. This charming 1907 home has a fantastic deck right off the living room with great views of the city and Simpson's rest with the iconic Trinidad sign. The deck has comfortable seating and a picnic table. Comfortable and artsy home with places to sit and relax and a dining room table that works great for a work space. Kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for cooking. There is a drip coffee machine, a Keurig, and a French Press.

It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite, on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
