The house can be reached in about 15 minutes from the Varazze highway exit and about 12 minutes from the Arenzano exit.

Our house is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a familiar and peaceful environment. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, eating, and barbecuing. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

Brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the Italian Riviera. Discover the splendor of Liguria starting from Cogoleto, our nice town just near Genoa. We are next to the beach, next to the center and next to the station, your gateway for Cinque Terre, Portofino or Sanremo. We could host up to four people: we have a queen size in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed. In the kitchen you would find everything to make yourself comfortable. Free wifi is included!

A few steps away there is an outdoor gym where it is also possible to rent bicycles to reach Varazze along the route of the old railway now abandoned. Furthermore you can have an excursion to the Beigua Park or play a game at the Golf Club in Lerca at 4km from Cogoleto

Excellent and comfortable apartment located in Cogoleto in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea near the train station and the bus stop towards Genoa and Savona.
