Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cognocoli-Monticchi

We had a very restful two week stay at Jackie’s. We are a three-generational family and everyone was very comfortable. The pool was well-maintained and the temperature was always absolutely perfect. The walk to the beach was about 25 minutes. We also drove on two roads down to the beach, once each time. Afterwards, we preferred to walk, but more adventurous drivers would probably be fine. Everyone we met was delightful from Pierrot at the small grocery store to the people at Chez Francis, Chez Eric on Calu d’Orzo beach to the owner and waiter at Bar Xavier. We highly recommend the Plage de Cupabia. The location was a bit remote, which was fantastic for rest and slightly challenging for driving.

Very pleasant stay! The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

The accommodation was simply amazing, even better than I could have imagined! The view was breathtaking, a real slice of paradise. A haven of peace and well-being nestled in a quiet and green environment. We had a lovely stay in this tastefully decorated accommodation in a rustic and authentic style of the region. Our child and we loved the presence of pets and evenings on the terrace. Our hosts were very welcoming with high-quality exchanges and advice. We'd love to go back

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

The house is located in a very nice place. There was a good layer of posidonia leaves on the beach (at least ~50cm), but actually, it doesn't bother swimming and it's not unpleasant, neither on the feet nor the nose. 30 m to the right of the beach, there is much less deposit, and it is a beautiful sandy beach with driftwood. It is an old house, single glazing and vintage bathroom from the 70s, but it is very well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. We would totally recommend!

Thanks to Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower in front of this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little piece of heaven where we would gladly settle!

Cathy’s apartment is the perfect base for exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed, opposite 2 great restaurants and a supermarket is nearby. Communication with Cathy was excellent and she is a very friendly host. Highly recommended.

We had the best week here! The view is beautiful, the pool absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the stylish house. We didn’t want to leave! Amanda was so friendly and responsive, and helped us with everything we needed. There’s an absolutely gorgeous local beach that’s perfect for children, the supermarket is an easy drive away. The house is well located for trips to Bonafacio and Porto Vecchio and we had a lovely drive to Zonza. Don’t hesitate to book.

Warm welcome, huge snack upon arrival. Highly responsive, available, accommodating host. House with great view 10 min from the beach on foot 2 min by car. Everything nearby. Very well-equipped house, at least 15 board games, masks, snorkels, fins, petanque balls...

Great family stay at Villa Serenita. The house was beautiful, super well-equipped, quiet. There were 9 of us and everyone had their own space, it was very nice. The pool, the jacuzzi, the pool, the foosball... a real joy for young and old. Jean Pascal was very friendly, welcoming. You can go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed.

I booked this place for my in-laws, they loved it and didn't want to leave! They loved the time in the hot tub, dinner was delicious and hearty, same for breakfast! It had everything it needed! In the future I will book, but for me this time 😂 A big thank you for your warm welcome, Julie who was in the kitchen it seems to me, Lionnel and his dad, thank you so much for making this an incredible experience for them. We'll be back!

We had a great time staying at this house! Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The cleanliness was impeccable, the decoration neat and warm, and every detail seemed to have been thought out to offer comfort and well-being. The heated pool was just perfect for relaxing as a couple, at any time of the day. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. The neighborhood is peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying to the fullest. Hélène was extremely responsive, caring and friendly. We would recommend this house without a second thought and hope to be back soon!

Thank you Jean-François. The house is really spotless. It is very well-equipped, even over-equipped with the summer kitchen. There were 6 of us and the space is really very nice. Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.
