In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

The house is located in a quiet corner at the beginning of the hamlet of Crétaz a short walk from Veulla (center of Cogne), perfect for a quiet holiday in nature. The apartment, recently renovated in “mountain” style, is located on the second floor (last habitable), with a magnificent view of the meadows of Sant'Orso, the village of Veulla and the mountains Punta Pousset and Punta de l'Ouille. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

A detached cottage, located in the village of Sylvenoire, in the middle of the nature reserve of the "Gran Paradiso". Sylvenoire is a small "Borgato" in the valley of Cogne, and is located at 1350m altitude, above the village "Vieyes". The cottage is ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet. The garden opens onto the Nature Reserve and you will see animals walking in the open nature every day.
