Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Surf at Main Beach (has life guards). Walk your dog from Swimming Creek Beach to Valla. We have a big TV (with Netflix), table tennis, books, and a hammock. We have lots of adventure tips to share with guests.

You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
