We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

It was a very nice spot for a getaway and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Jake, our host, was very quick to respond when we needed to ask questions which made things very easy. It all went great and gave us an awesome vacation.

this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. My husband & I just had our first Airbnb experience at Bryan's condo in CDA, & it was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, & the reserved spot in the private, air-conditioned parking garage was a huge plus. It even had carts for luggage – so convenient! Bryan's condo itself is gorgeous – beautifully decorated & felt incredibly welcoming, with really comfy couches & bed. Seriously, the bed was so comfy that I asked Bryan for the bedding details & he sent me the link! We already updated our bed at home! We also loved the cute deck for morning coffee. The condo was incredibly well-stocked with quality items & thoughtful touches, from an air mattress to travel toiletries, extra blankets, & a kitchen with everything you need, including a Keurig with K-cups. Bryan was a fantastic host – so friendly & attentive, making the whole process smooth. We're already planning our next trip back to his place, especially with how close it is to the bike trails & lake! 10/10 highly recommend

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Space was well stocked, even though we only spent one night. Free garage parking was great, and there was lots to do nearby. The view from 6th floor was also amazing. Highly recommend for anyone spending some time in Spokane.

very nice stay, close to fun activities in downtown CDA

Great little spot on Hauser Lake! The weather turned out to be outstanding over Memorial Day weekend and the lake was busy. We stayed here for my wife to do the CDA Marathon and it such a peaceful place to prepare and then relax after she completed her race. Just be aware, the comfy California King bed is VERY high off the ground. 😁

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

Everything was perfect for our family getaway at this wonderful rental! The home was so clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we entered. It was the right space for our family of five, and our little granddaughter especially loved the nice backyard. We would absolutely love to return and stay again, because we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks for the lovely time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for our five guests and we loved being able to walk to town so easily!

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend. We will stay here again when in town. The home was in a great location close to restaurants, stores, etc. Home was exactly as described. It had plenty of room for everyone. Such a beautiful area. I can’t wait to visit again.

It was nicely decorated, and layout was great. Nice views out the windows. Very quiet location and was very close to main roads.

Loved staying so close to the lake - plus everything was clean, had what I needed to eat dinner there, comfy bed. Recommend staying with no reservations!

Our stay at Robert's place was perfect. The location was great - close to a few shops and great restaurants, beautiful walking paths, 5 mins to downtown CDA. The pictures are accurate, the condo was spotless, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. I would definitely book this condo again. Thank you for a great stay!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

Great place! It’s very spacious. Even though it’s an underground unit, the skylights and windows are perfect for light! The place was clean and tidy except the oven, probably the cleaners did not check to throw out the previous guest’s moldy leftovers. Not a big deal if you don’t cook. The place is very walkable and on a main road but quiet. Parking was easy. Overall, we love it and recommend!

The most beautiful view you’ll ever see and the bed was comfortable! We plan to stay here again for sure!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!
