A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

We are 25 minutes from Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Nearby athletic venues include the HUB Sports Center, Plantes Ferry, and multiple golf courses. Enjoy your own patriotic,western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & charcoal bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!
