This house was fantastic! There were so many things available to use (games, paddle boards, canoes, etc) and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Brian was great to work with. I would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was beautiful and such a peaceful place to spend the afternoon! Everything was very clean and the space was plenty big to hold our whole group. The bedrooms and beds were great size too. We can’t wait to come back!

What a great weekend- this property is so beautiful and peaceful. Right on the lake, spectacular views and amazing hosts (the owners)! Vicki and PZ are so kind and welcoming. We were able to use their paddle boards, kayaks, BBQ and hot tub and also got to go out on the boat with Vicki. The space is beautiful, and separated from the rest of the house by a securely locked barn door. We felt like we had our privacy completely, but were able to ask any questions that we had during our stay and get advice. Each night we got to relax watching the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and feels extremely safe. We would love to stay here again, thank you for everything!

This is the ultimate location, home, and a place for everyone! The house is more than accommodating with a fun loft upstairs with bunk beds, 3 rooms with queens, beautiful open floor concept downstairs, and plenty of outdoor patio and yard area for kiddos! The hosts are so helpful and even let us check in early. The home has a beautiful view of the lake and just a 2 minute walk from the restaurant and bar with the cutest little shop. Down at the marina there’s also a grass/beach area for everyone. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly! We will definitely be booking this house again and bringing the kiddos!

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing secluded stay, this is for you. Beautiful lake view with your morning coffee. Cozy comfortable furniture and a smart TV off the kitchen. Renee & her husband was very helpful and friendly. Our fur baby loved to explore and bite at the mosquitoes. lol My husband and son had a great time fishing. Husband caught 4 fish! Son loved canoeing. * which is already provided. I suggest if you are sensitive to mosquitoes like I am, bring your favorite Citronella candles. Also, it is a Berm house which is cooler than regular houses, however I'm use to running an A/C @ 63° & fans at home. Berm houses don't have a/c so bring your favorite fan to sleep cooler. I never leave home w/o my Vornado fan. Thank you Renee for opening your home to me & my family. It was excellent in so many ways. If you ever come to California, I would love for you to stay @ our home. May we provide a memorable experience as you have for us.

This place looks exactly like the photos. Brandon was very honest with the small bits of unfinished parts of the Airbnb in his description. And, honestly it’s such a cool little spot you don’t even notice. This is a great place if you need to give yourself a little getaway! 5/5 would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

It is our 5th summer coming to this cabin, and we love it. The view is beautiful, the private dock and beach are our favorites. Cabin has everything we need for a relaxing time at the lake!

Staying at Jimmy and Loris’s place was amazing. We’d love to come back and enjoy all the activities at the lake.

Diamond on the lake exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, they had everything we needed and more. All of the cooking gear (even a crock pot), large ice maker, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, paddle boards, kayaks, Lilly pad, multiple outdoor sitting areas, games and more. They even had a crib for our toddler, which was a lifesaver. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the water, and evenings sitting on the deck with the fire table enjoying the sunsets. The beach was amazing. It was shallow, sandy, and clean - perfect for our kids and provided hours of entertainment. It was so nice to have access to the paddle boards and kayaks, we were out on them multiple times a day. I highly recommend Diamond on the lake. Dani was a great host and we look forward to returning.

The per-night charge was great; however, the $180 cleaning charge for two people for two nights was excessive (the cleaning charge was more than the nightly charge combined). I wish they would just advertise the total cost rather than slip in that cleaning charge (and we are extremely neat people who barely use anything). The place was as described. Great location. A little hard to find D dock at first, but Google helped. Very quiet little boat neighborhood. You can walk to a few restaurants, including a greasy spoon (Captain's Wheel) and a newer Italian restaurant (used to be JD's) called Taverna, which was pretty good, if not a tad pricey for the area. There's a waterfront pub-type restaurant and a taqueria within walking as well. The house was very clean, and although quirky (we affectionately called it the Winchester Mystery Boat House), it was eclectically charming, comfortable, and really fun to be on the water. Added bonus - you can bring a boat as there's plenty of dock space.

Jessica was very responsive when texting, her directions were spot on to a 10th of a mile, depending on how fast the dirt gravel road is driven its about 45-60 minutes, definitely would recommend AWD or 4×4, but if careful a normal car at slower speeds can make it, the streets in Spokane are worse in certain areas. Pay attention to the directions.The cabin was very inviting, and the view was amazing, Currently work is being done on a lot next to hers, well drilling, but nothing Cozy Cabin can do about that.still relaxing DVD selection is very diversified, surround sound was great. The hummingbirds were amazing to watch, if your still enough one might use a finger to land on, like it did for me.Firepit was great for a small fire for smores. Proper use of windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool in the evenings. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed out 27th wedding anniversary on the lake. We are already talking about a return trip in the future. Hope to meet Jessica in the future

What a beautiful place! We used it as a base to explore the area like silverwood. The water was clear and the beach was awesome. So nice to have a private beach. We had 4 adults and 4 children and didn't feel cramped at all! The pullout trundle was super handy!

This was a great space for our family of 9. All the listed amenities were available, and the recreational amenities (paddle boarding, etc.) kept the kids busy. Kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels to last the weekend without having to do laundry. Great suggestions for the nearest grocery store, and responsive host when we couldn’t find something on the property. 10/10 recommend.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Such a gem and Amber (the host) is so friendly and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It is so quant and has everything you need. I particularly love that they give you access to the kayaks and paddle boards!! They did an amazing job with the place. We loved it so much we are booking again in August! 😍 Thank you Amber!!!

Great place on Newman Lake. Enjoyed some fishing, games and making memories with the family. Thank you
