The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The name Burgstube comes from the fact that the castle ruins can be explored only 100 m away. The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with the highest possible comfort. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

The Moselle with swimming beach is about 200 m away. The beautiful vineyards are within walking distance. Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
