The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar in the Eifel, which invites you to relax in summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124m, you can quickly walk from one maar to another and at the same time be in the middle of the volcano. Centrally located to the Nürburgring and Cochem.

On about 60 square meters spread over 3-4 rooms over 3 floors, you can spend a cozy, relaxing vacation in our imaginatively furnished vacation home in the tranquil Moselortchen Klotten! Welcome! From May to October, the raised terrace (10 steps) and the outdoor area – quaint and uniquely landscaped – are also available for your use. The house is NOT ACCESSIBLE and therefore more suitable for physically fit people!

Children's paradise: indoor & outdoor play areas

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.

Historic "Eifelhaus" in the center of Kaisersesch

House in the middle of the historical center of Kaisersesch. From here you can quickly reach many great sights, such as the Moselle or the Nürburgring. Around the Eifelhaus there are grocery stores, a local museum, small boutiques and a large playground. The Eifelhaus offers enough space for up to 4 people. An additional bed is easily possible after consultation.
