The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year.
