We are across to a park with a free outdoor play area, close to Murray River, Thompsons Beach, golf courses, walking tracks, Big Strawberry, Cactus country and Koala Sanctuary. Pubs and clubs, local Cafe and dining spots close by. Our three bedroom house sleeps up to 7 people. Two bedrooms has a queen bed and one has a two single size beds with a pull out bed. The home is fully self-contained and feature a 50 inch TV with Netflix .

Nims Cottage is very tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Even on cold nights all the heaters work well to make the cottage cosy very quickly. The bed is excellent and the kitchen well appointed. Julie welcomed us and we loved the even more welcoming Kelly the wonder dog!

What an outstanding stay! From the moment we booked, Nate and Courtney were incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. They were an absolute pleasure to chat with, and their warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. The place itself was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to the brand-new furniture. It’s clear they've put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space for guests. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely quiet location that was very good value for money. Mariea wás a delightful warm and friendly hostess. Comfy bed and good well appointed room. Great local produce and delicious home cooked meals are available at reasonable prices. Pet friendly. Reuben our daschund loved the place and felt at home. Great location in "Sun Countr.y." Centrally located near the Murray River with lots of interesting things to see. Cactus Country, the largest cactus farm in Australia is nearby and was a highlight as was Thompson Beach at nearby Cobram. Good value for money and also pet friendly. We Hope to return to this quiet relaxing place again. Thank you Mariea!
