My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

This is a cozy, modest “finquita” in downtown Malpais. Listen to the ocean when you wake up, see Morpho Butterflies at noon and head to the sunset following the monkeys. Enjoy an all day long breeze and feel immersed in the green Costa Rican jungle! Beach (walking distance), Santa Teresa (7 min drive), supermarket (steps away). Set up is 2 bedrooms (queen beds), both rooms with a/c for 4+ guests. We allow max capacity of 5 guests, where the 5th guest may use the living area.

Two single beds are arranged in a bright room with a sloped wooden ceiling. Each bed is dressed in neutral linens, accompanied by rolled towels and a small lamp on a nightstand. A large window allows natural light to enter, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
