This home has been extensively renovated with modern new kitchen, double glazing, HRV, two heat pumps and wood fire - great all year round. Only a short 7 minute drive to Ohope's international golf course and Port Ohope is popular for launching boats and jet skis. Just enjoy a walk, with lots of walking and bike tracks in the area.

We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

The local laundromat and Owhata shopping center at 1.5 km, the Redwoods at 6.1 km, and the town center at 7.4 km distance. The owners reside at the rear of the property.
