Recently renovated studio room with luxury tiled shower, laundry and cooking facilities, and a small private deck with BBQ. There is a super comfortable queen sized bed, single bed and single trundler bed. A heat pump allows heating in winter and cooling in summer. The studio is attached to the main house but completely seperate with independent access. The stunning beach is only 300 metres walk away via conveniently located walkways. Off street parking is available. 40 inch TV with Netflix.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Papamoa Beach - entire guest wing near the beach!

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A double studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom, a mini kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Shady Grove Cabin

Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.

Guest wing near beach

Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Papamoa Beach Abode

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

The Shaka Shack in Mount Maunganui Beach -

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
