“Had a lovely stay here in this cosy, comfortable space. The location is stunning also. The bed was really comfy and we loved the gorgeous chesterfield sofa! I will say that it is worth taking a shower cap if you have long hair and won’t be washing it every time you shower. The shower is an exceptionally powerful monsoon type and it was tough to keep my hair dry! We were out for most of our stay so never met the hosts, but Tom was always on hand via text - I asked to borrow the iron and it was in the room by the time we’d returned from our walk. The breakfast touches were delicious and having a mini fridge was very useful. We had a very pleasant stay and hope to return! Thank you.”
Comfy Single Room in a shared house.
“Good place to stay. Comfortable and clean home. Very good communication with the host. Recommend this listing.”
The Red House is a lovingly renovated old granary with lots of original character. It is simply decorated, warm and cozy, with great views from the comfy king size bed and private outside space to sit out. A beautiful rural setting only a short drive from the A38 and M5 make this a perfect spot to explore the many Cotswolds attractions.
“Fern's place is an absolutely beautiful little converted barn perfectly sized for couples, tastefully decorated and really cute. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas which have some great walks and scenery, plus dining (as per Fern's top recommendation). And if you prefer to stay in, it's time to get cosy with the wood burner downstairs! I would definitely recommend. Thanks Fern!”
