Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.

Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
