Vacation rentals with a patio in Coahuila

The place was just as shown in the pictures! Loved the cozy modern design on the apartment! We loved everything about it! Excelente communication and service from Alejandro always responded timely and super friendly! We came for the Copa Santos Peñoles and will definitely consider staying here again for next year’s tournament! Gracias por todo Alejandro!

I booked this property for some friends who were visiting Monterrey. Ana's service was impeccable and the facilities excellent. My guests said they felt at home. Communication was timely, accurate and very cordial. A highly recommended place!

Everything was really good, the place was in perfect condition, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting without noise or hassles. You can tell they take good care of the space and that's appreciated. I felt very comfortable all the time. Thank you for the good service and hospitality!

Excellent accommodation, a central location, incredible view, beautiful interior architecture and many amenities close to the place such as restaurants and shops in the same building. Thank GOD, this apartment was an excellent choice. 📍Location: Easy to get to. Excellent location. Very quiet and beautiful area for walking. Nearby there was a bakery, tortilleria, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, laundries, bookstore, shops, bank, and many other things, very close. 🫧Cleanliness: Very clean, sanitized, smelled very good. ✨The apartment is very nice in person. The hosts were very kind, very attentive, God bless them.🙏🏻 Thank GOD, it was a very nice stay in this apartment.

The place is very nice and super comfortable, with a spectacular view. Just pay close attention to the GPS if you're a foreigner (another country), make sure you get the exact address or you'll get lost. When you contact them, don't expect a quick response by phone. The call goes to voicemail no matter how many times you try to dial. When I send a message through the App, they tell me that they don't give a phone number because it's private, which is even more frustrating. All by message through the app. Driving and texting is not pleasant, especially when the GPS does not take you to the exact destination. Apart from that inconvenience, the condo is very nice and the view is very nice (panoramic). Don't forget to bring basic supplies with you because there were no complimentary products.

The house is very nice, cozy and clean with everything you need to have a good stay, has a shop,soriana and supersitos less than 5 minutes away and the area is very peaceful, she is an incredible attention and very friendly.

This is my second visit to this rental, I couldn't be happier with this great house and location. It is a great house and value for me, I will always rent with Jorge if the rental is available. Everything is always perfect and he will respond promptly if you need anything. 5 stars!

Had everything we needed and we loved the “Things to eat/do” book, we ate at a few places and went to a few places that were recommended and they were great/fun.

Everything in excellent condition, the house was super comfortable and had everything that was described in the listing, we would definitely come back if necessary.

It is an excellent place to stay, cozy and complies with everything you need, plus the building has a 7 eleven for basic shopping, and restaurants if you don't want to go far.
