Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

I can’t say enough about Kay’s cabins! I arrived a little early and was able to get a sneak peak of all of them. They are all extremely unique and adorable. Perfect if you want the tiny house experience but still have high standards when it comes to accommodations. This place is so much better than a hotel! It’s a true gem! Part of me wants to tell everyone to come and stay here and part of me wants to keep it a secret so it’s available whenever I want to come back. Kay is also a doll! So sweet and accommodating!!! I will 100% be back!!!

Place was nicer in person than in pictures. Beautiful property. Kayaks and fishing was a lot of fun. Wildlife was plentiful. All equipment was there and in good condition for outside, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We only had four adults and a toddler but you easily could have fit two full families. Even though it rained all weekend we still enjoyed ourselves more than expected. We will certainly be returning.

We had a great stay a Joseph’s cabin. It worked perfect for our weekend away at the lake. Joseph was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Everything was exactly as expected.
