Vacation rentals with a patio in Cluses

The windows in the living room just frame the stunning surroundings. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast with this view in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with every amenities that you may expect. The location is close to the slopes and town. We definitely enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment! Lovely stay at the holiday apartment with many home comforts and all the kitchen equipment you may need. Large enough for a large family and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Magnifique appartement qui donne l’impression d’avoir son propre chalet avec une très belle terrasse plein sud face aux pistes de Boissonnet. Très bel espace de vie, cuisine extrêmement bien équipe (rarement vu autant de vaisselle dans une location Airbnb), literie confortable. Accès au village en 10-15mn a pied ou avec service de bus gratuits. A noter qu’avec enfants jeunes qui marchent, il faut marcher 5mn bord de route pour accéder au rond point de boissonnet; ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Superbe location, on a passé un excellent séjour.

Lovely Chalet, it is a great space for two families and has amazing views of Les Gets. It has everything you need; the hot tub and the coffee machine (need coffee beans not pods) were great additions. Simone was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and keen to stay again!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement. Situé au calme tout en restant proche d’Annecy, c’est parfait :) nous avons été très bien accueilli et le logement était nickel :)

This studio is in the perfect location for exploring all the area has to offer - walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and transportation (bus, train, and cable car) to the main attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and has a lovely view off the back patio of the mountains. The host was very responsive to our needs and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend if you’re looking for a base camp to enjoy the best of the region.

Sehr tolle Aussicht und super schöne Unterkunft. In der Küche gab es zwar viele tolle Zusatzgeräte, aber ein paar grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, mehrere Messer & Backpapier hat uns gefehlt. Das Schlafsofa für 2 Personen ist bequem, das einzelne sehr hart. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Week-end de rêve au cœur d’Annecy. Le logement de grande qualité par sa position dans un quartier calme à deux pas du lac et ses prestations nous a permis de passer un super séjour. Balcon avec belle vue , cuisine très bien équipée , garage fermée et surtout deux vélos à disposition… bref rien à dire

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Le logement est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. James s'est montré très réactif et sympathique aussi bien avant notre arrivée dans le logement qu'une fois installés. Le logement n'est pas facile à trouver mais grace aux explications de James nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté. Le logement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé et convient parfaitement aux enfants en bas âge grâce aux barrières de sécurité. Je recommande ce logement.

Great chalet very well located just 10min walk outside Chamonix! We all had a great time enjoying the views from the balcony!

Spacieux appartement construit et meublé avec des matériaux et des meubles de qualité

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Nous connaissions bien cette belle résidence à quelques pas du centre de Ste Foy. Séjour en famille très agréable dans cet appartement haut perché, confortable et à la vue magnifique. Hôte réactif et empathique. Thank you ! Hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

Jättefint och bekvämt boende med otroligt fin omgivning. Skönt med bubbelbad och bastu samt ett litet gym tillgängligt. Återvänder gärna!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
