This home is a wonderful place in Cluses. I am a travel guide and my very small group stayed in this house for two weeks. It was perfect. Everyone had their own room, there are three toilets available, and two large shower/bathrooms. We were given some shampoo/body wash in small bottles, towels, and the kitchen was stocked for cooking (which we did often). A few things to note - there are a lot of stairs with the third bedroom at the top of all the stairs. The women in their 70s that were with me handled them fine, but would be a struggle for someone who has a hard time with stairs. The bedrooms are spacious, the house is so welcoming, and we felt right at home for the two weeks we were there. We had a couple questions through our stay and the host was incredibly quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this place!

Logement extrêmement agréable et confortable. Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un court ou long séjour. Très bonne literie, déco originale et cosy. Un extérieur bien équipé et agréable, à l abri des regards.Dans un village calme et à proximité du lac. Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région, à la fois calme, fonctionnel et impeccablement propre. Guillaume est un hôte sympathique, accueillant et très agréable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Ludovic's place is in an idylic set, with spectacular views over the mountain, well equipped house, beautiful terrace for meals outside, and easy communication throughout the stay! It has been quite a memorable experience! Thank you so much!

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Our stay in the village of Passy was absolutely amazing. The house felt like a little piece of paradise – calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The garden was so magical that we didn’t even feel like leaving the property – it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

Merci à Cyndie pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Le logement est un petit cocon que nous avons bien apprécié pour notre anniversaire de mariage,très bien situé, avec une place de parking en souterrain qui est un vrai plus même si sportif pour se garer, nous avons tout de meme pu y garer notre 5008. Une Hôte et une adresse que nous recommandons vivement et où nous envisageons de revenir.

Excellent séjour, tout est bien conforme a l'annonce ! Apt propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Rien à redire, il ne faut pas hésiter si vous souhaitez louer ce logement dans cette région. Il est très bien situé pour de nombreuses activités autour de Chamonix.

Appartement propre, bien situé, accessible à tout, et surtout proche des ballades .La terrasse et la boulangerie à proximité sont un plus😊

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!
