A rural but not to rural country cottage where you can unwind, rest and relax. If you love walking, cycling again this is the place with many walks and trails on the door step. We can accommodate 3 people having a double room and a single room. There is a lockable bike shed for our cycling guests. Local pubs/restaurants and a village shop is within walking distance.

The Flat

This luxury loft style apartment has its own large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

The Stables

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

The Old Vicarage, luxury home for 14

The house is a former vicarage with an interesting history, the deeds are hung in the entrance hall where you can read all about it. This house is ideal for family holidays and groups who like to eat together and walk in the countryside. I don’t allow parties but it has a large dining room which lends itself perfectly to celebration meals for up to 14 people. As a private chef, I can provide restaurant quality meals and am happy to discuss menus if required.
