The cottage is beautiful, it felt really cosy and homely which was important as we were there for Christmas! Such a lovely spot and Melpo was really quick to respond to queries.

A lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped and has a lovely outlook over the fields beyond. We received a warm welcome from the host who provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment. Hope to return soon.

We stayed at Birchwood Barn as a family with 3 small children. Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived with Alice arranging 3 gift bags personalised for each of our children. They absolutely loved it and it was a fantastic way to start our bank holiday weekend away. The communication from Alice both prior to and during our stay was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Everything in the property is clean and tidy with all amenities provided. The property is exactly as described, excellent privacy of the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the large duck pond with duck food provided for our children to feed the ducks. The garden was also a nice size with our children able to play without being overlooked. The location is perfect, with local shops and restaurants nearby and Horsey beach a short drive away to go seal spotting. There were a number of different local companies to arrange day boating on the broads. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back.

This was a lovely property, extremely clean and tidy. It’s an excellent location to explore the surrounding countryside, the broads and local nature reserve. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.
