Our 3000 sq. ft. vacation home is in a gold star resort with outdoor pool (open summer), indoor pool (open winter), 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and more. It features an open concept design, fireplace, outdoor dining room with grill, firepit, game room with pool table, kayaks and canoe. Conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos, close to State Park hikes, Ski Resorts, and Kalahari!

Very cozy and private Lake House a charming 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house nestled in the heart of Pocono mountains. This beautifully appointed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Imagine yourself relaxing in hot tub with a lakeview, kayak, paddle boat, paddle board, fire-pit by water and much more. House is located few minutes from Kalahari waterpark and SPA. Mount Airy Casino and golfing is also very close by. Walmart, ShopRite and Starbucks are 3-5 min away.

The spacious deck is just steps from your own private dock which allows you to kayak at your leisure.

Short term lease agreement needed Pool/Beach passes can be purchased daily at the front desk. swimming pool closes a few weeks after Labor day. No set date given. Ticket Price can also change at anytime. If reservation is cancelled 4 days prior to checking in there is a $40 non refundable fee.

The town of Gouldsboro provides for a country setting, however it is very close to many of the Pocono's attractions.
