The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 cm bed, the children's room has a 120 cm double bed for 2 people + 1 single bed, the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. A detached house in the city center, just for you. The very cozy living room can be transformed into a bedroom. Your fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom under the roof is equipped with a large double bed (160). The small attic bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). The basement, well heated in winter and naturally cool in summer, is the ideal refuge (140 cm bed). Finally, a small terrace is reserved for you to have lunch outside.

Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.
