The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 cm bed, the children's room has a 120 cm double bed for 2 people + 1 single bed, the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.
